Purchasing Credit card transactions are sent securely via Authorize.net payment gateway and processed by Paymentech. They are highly reputable and trusted.
By popular demand, we currently provide a PayPal payment option. However, we advise you to review PayPal's policies, terms and conditions via PayPal's website before making a purchase using the PayPal payment option. We are not responsible for any negative outcome that may incur as a result of using PayPal services.
Shipping Art prints usually ship within 48 hours. Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout via the payment process and are viewable before sending payment. Customers will not be charged for additional shipping costs other than those reasonably incurred from UPS or FedEX. At an additional cost, expedited shipping is available upon checkout.
All original paintings from "The Vault" are insured for their full value upon shipping.
Returns If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Guild Art Print, simply contact Guild Art Prints within 7 days of receiving your print for a full refund. Return shipping charges excluded. Items must be shipped registered mail and returned in it's original packing materials or a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.
Notice of items received with damages must be received within 48 hours of UPS or FedEx delivery date.
Returns shipped after 7 days will be refunded with a 15% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 14 days (upon receiving your art print).
Returns are not accepted for purchases of original paintings from "The Vault". Sales are final and are subject to the terms by Guild AP and those expressed by the artist. Extenuating circumstances may apply.
